unfortunately I made a BIG GOOF that I seriously haven't made in YEARS and saved the PSD after I resized it for a PNG... so that's why the cigarette hand looks terrible; I had been drawing in 3px brush when it was its original size of 1250x1250, so when resized the lines look like 1px, but even drawing in 2px at that point made the lines too thick...
